Why does this program exist?
Our brand partners value customer feedback about their products, and so do other customers. The Products Tester platform allows anyone to join to provide honest and unbiased feedback on new or currently sold products provided by our brand partners.
How do I become a member?
Membership is currently granted on an as-needed basis. From time to time Products Tester will open up membership for anyone to join through our website. We are seeking people who enjoy sharing their opinions and feelings about the products they use.
Why is there a monthly membership cost?
Products Tester membership fee is what makes us different than others. By charging a small membership fee we can offer more brands the chance to do consumer testing at little or no cost. This encourages our brand partners to do larger test sizes which enables us to guarantee products each month to our members.
How long is shipping usually?
Most packages are mailed within one week. If your package has not been delivered within two weeks, please email Shipping@ProductsTester.com
As a member, do I have to write reviews to stay in the Products Tester network?
Yes, authentic reviews are critical in our program. We seek to collect more reviews for our participating brands. Therefore, once members join our community, to maintain their status as a member, they have to review at least 60% (3 out of 5) of the products they receive as free samples.
Do members have to write positive reviews to participate?
No. We expect our members to write unbiased, honest and authentic reviews. All member reviews will be handed over to the partner unedited, regardless of whether it is a favorable review or not, provided they follow The Review Writing Guidelines. 
Do Products Tester members get paid for writing reviews?
No. Members are not paid to participate in the program, nor are they paid to write reviews, positive or negative. There is no pressure or expectation to write positive reviews, and negative reviews do not affect membership in the program. Members are, however, allowed to keep any products they receive.
